After winning the job, we quickly prepped for the shoot just four days later. Our live action team handled casting while I designed the monochromatic sets and noisy characters with the team at Hue&Cry. As soon as the shoot wrapped, we dove into the edit and began pairing our sketches with sound design options. This allowed for some experimentation with the storytelling while saving valuable animation time.

I'm proud to report that the campaign was a success, and effectively drove all new traffic to the RWJF microsite. I guess someone was listening...

We can all relate to that moment when someone you know and love shares their well-intended advice...and you completely tune out. Blah, blah, blah. The resulting campaign of four :30 spots lampoon this fundamentally human flaw – with comedic results.

The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation is the largest philanthropy focused solely on health in the US and we were honored to help them spread the word about accessible health care. I lead the development of the initial pitch, which included a comprehensive production and animation plan to meet the client's aggressive deadline.
